The Security Institute Running Club, that we have initiated earlier on this year, features in the latest issue of the Institute’s Quarterly Magazine.
We take a great pleasure in sharing the running experience with our security colleagues and hope that the collective effort will inspire others to take a good care of their health and wellbeing.
Running is one of the most diverse sport disciplines where everybody can find their comfort zone. It is also a character-building exercise that requires commitment to personal development. No wonder the club quickly became so popular. Members of the Institute are strongly committed to Continued Professional Development, which usually reflects one’s personality and the belief in our own ability to succeed.
Bragging rights in the Club are earned from the first step onward and members are entitled to have a little moan about bad knees, hips etc
