First Security Risk Assessment under BREEAM in Central Europe

We are extremely proud to have delivered the first Security Risk Assessment under the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology (BREEAM) scheme in Central and Eastern Europe. By applying our expertise to the management practice of a popular office park in Poland, we helped the property management company to enhance its ESG performance.

The Department for International Trade (DIT) has supported us over the past year with developing business relationships with the potential delivery partners overseas. The support was invaluable in identifying and facilitating the business engagement and helped us establish long term strategic partnerships to facilitate the transfer of innovation and exchange of good practice between the UK and the EU member states.

We intend to expand our network of partnerships with stakeholders who share the same socially responsible values and principles. We will continue supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals by embedding Security and Social Value in urban planning, architecture, property management and the ESG strategies of both public and private institutions. We will also continue to share the innovation in real estate and infrastructure sustainability by working with research and development bodies.

Our innovative approach has been recognised by the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem, who have invited us to deliver a lecture about Crime Prevention through Environmental Design at the opening launch of their new Sustainable Design faculty.
